1. I purchased a drum kit or sample library and can’t find the download link. Where can I find it?

Click HERE to look up your order and retrieve your drum sample download links.

All drum kits and digital downloads links are sent to the e-mail address your order was placed under. Occasionally, some e-mail services filters will re-direct our e-mails to your SPAM Folder/Filter. If your PayPal e-mail address is different than the order e-mail address, check your PayPal e-mail inbox.

Please check your SPAM Folder/Filter before contacting Customer Service.

 

2. I ordered a T-shirt, how long does it take to ship?

All apparel is printed on demand and takes 3-5 business days to prepare prior to shipping. A tracking number will be provided once the order is ready for shipping.

 

3. I am a sound designer/producer and I make my own kits. Would you sell my kits on VinylDrumKits.com?

Yes! Our goal is to provide unique hip hop and electronic drum samples and sound libraries. We would require a selection process before we decide to sell your libraries or kits.  Please submit a dropbox link and proposal on our contact page OR by clicking HERE.  

 

4. Do you sell vinyl?

Occasionally we sell vinyl on instagram. Some of our libraries are also sold on vinyl.
